Detailed Problem Description

IM from Saravanan on 02/03/2016:

This is what i am thinking....to have three options in SH101...
1) Regular (show the report as it is and they have to drill down to see multiples)
2) Show all (all the multiple tracking number will be displayed in the front page it self..no drilling required)
3) To have only the multiples (so that the user can see the tracking number of the multiples
they should be given the option of
1) Regular
2) All (display all)
3) Multiples (display only multiples)

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to create new parameter i.e Selection Tracking Option in the report.
2. The parameter having these two options: i) Regular ii) Multiple (display only multiples).
3. Based on this parameter, report should display the output.

Resolution

1. Created the new parameter i.e Selection Tracking Option in the report.
2. The parameter has two options: i) Regular ii) Multiple (display only multiples).
3. Based on this parameter, the report should display the data for "multiple" tracking numbers without drill down.
4. Checked all report fields are formatted correctly in the report.
5. Place the report in BI development and promote it to BI Production after successful validation.
